Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make an effort to create all your products as quickly as we can, but we are humans doing human work with our human hands. Please be patient with us as we create each piece by hand at the time of order. During busier seasons processing time may increase due to high volume of orders. 

All orders are shipped through USPS. Once the package has left my hands and entered theirs please understand I have zero control over shipping delays. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If shipping costs overestimate the cost of shipping over $2.00 I will refund the overages. Free First Class US Domestic shipping is included on orders totaling over $50.00. Priority Shipping is available, see chart below. First-class typically is 1-5 days. Priority is typically 1-3 days depending on destination.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: All Countries. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We are not responsible for lost packages in unsecured shipping countries. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Hardwood Forest is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lisa@thehardwoodforeset.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
